First documented in the 13th century, the Hofer-Hof looks back on a long and storied history of winemaking. Since 1904<\/strong>, when great-grandfather Peter Pliger acquired the estate, our family\u2019s passion for the farm has been passed down from generation to generation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Wine tasting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Where history breathes and wine matures in peace: explore the centuries-old vaulted cellars of our farm. We will tell you about the work between the vines and the barrels before we taste our homemade wines together in a convivial atmosphere in the historic cellar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
